A DIGITAL IDEA, GROUNDED IN CARE
Planning stage · Development has not startedIntroducing the plan for Lola-Rose Resource Studio: a Claude-assisted workspace for the people behind our charitable work.
We are exploring how trusted information and carefully reviewed writing can help our team communicate more clearly about baby-loss research, fundraising and charitable grants.
WHY WE ARE EXPLORING THIS
Our mission is to raise awareness and funds for charities supporting research and families affected by baby loss.
The proposed Studio would give our team one place to organise approved material, turn it into useful drafts and check the facts before sharing anything. Its first users would be people working on the Foundation’s own communications and grant-making administration.
The initial idea focuses on a manageable internal workflow. Any wider use by partner charities would depend on what we learn from a future pilot.
WHAT WE PLAN TO BUILD
One workspace. A small set of tasks. Clear source material and human review throughout.
Turn selected charity resources into short, plain-language draft summaries, keeping the original links beside the text for a reviewer to check.
Draft awareness posts, fundraising descriptions and supporter updates from confirmed facts, while flagging missing details for the team.
Organise approved information into draft grant briefs for trustee review. Funding decisions would remain with the Foundation’s trustees.
HOW IT WOULD WORK
The preview below illustrates the planned experience using prewritten examples. It does not call Claude or generate new content.
The Foundation supports baby-loss research and bereaved parents through fundraising and grants to charities with related purposes.
Read the public charity recordIn the proposed product, only selected, approved material would be passed to Claude.Lola-Rose Foundation raises awareness and funds for UK charities working on stillbirth and neonatal loss, helping support research and care for bereaved families.
Check this draft against the source. Confirm that it accurately describes the Foundation’s grant-making role before publishing.

This website has no live Claude integration, uploads or AI chat. The preview uses fixed examples stored in the page; no personal information is requested or sent to an AI provider.
THE PROPOSED ROLE OF CLAUDE
Claude would help turn selected source material into structured drafts that a member of the team can review.
Our planned approach is to provide Claude with a task and relevant approved material, request a draft with source references, and flag unsupported claims or missing facts. Reviewers would be able to compare the source and draft side by side, edit the wording and decide whether it is suitable to share.
We would test factual accuracy, source traceability, tone and the ability to avoid filling gaps with invented details. The pilot would measure editing effort and usefulness before considering a wider rollout.
The proposed Studio would support administrative and communication work. It would not provide counselling, medical advice or automated funding decisions.
A PRACTICAL PATH TO A PILOT
Proposed stages, subject to the Foundation’s review and resources. No launch date or production service is being announced.
Agree the first users, source permissions, writing tasks and review checklist with the Foundation.
Connect the Claude API to selected documents and implement source comparison, draft editing and a review queue.
Use public or approved material to assess accuracy, tone, editing effort and API costs. Review the findings before expansion.
TECHNOLOGY & SUPPORT
The current public website runs on Cloudflare Workers. For a future prototype, we are considering a TypeScript application, a server-side Cloudflare Worker calling the first-party Claude API, and a small source library with role-based staff access. API credentials would stay on the server.
These are proposed requirements. Claude integration and the staff application have not been built. This page does not imply participation in an Anthropic programme or endorsement by Anthropic.
